Advertising FAIL for Plastic Surgeon

This is not a good advertisement. So he's got a white cat, a tux and a glass of champagne. What does this tell me about Dr. Moore's skills? This just indicates that he likes to dress up. That pretty white cat may not even be his. The only thing that deals with his expertise is "Board Certified" below his name. But I think that they all have to be, otherwise the state he's in would not allow him to practice plastic surgery. When it comes to selling me on his services, this billboard is a FAIL.

Perhaps not surprisingly, this picture was originally seen on the "Funny or Die" web site.  Evidently, they wondered about this just as much as I do.

That seems hardly possible, but apparently it is. Bourret is not a common name so maybe we are related..?
